When and when not to act

The heat of the day may be over the next. Emotions do control our thinking regarding certain issues. Taking a step back, rest and look at the situation objectively can be a good thing. You might want to sleep on the decision and action, because feelings of today might hurt your long term goals. Try to rule your emotions and know when you need to postpone action. That does not mean you can not feel sad, happy, angry or inspired. Just know when and when not you need to act.
